Description

The Thermon TraceNet ECM-Ambient thermostat is meticulously designed to provide ambient sensing control for electric heat tracing circuits, offering effective freeze protection for piping and vessels. This versatile thermostat serves as a reliable controller for a heating circuit or acts as a pilot control for a contactor, managing multiple heat tracing circuits with precision. Notably, the ECM-Ambient delivers energy savings and precise control for heat trace circuits.

Encased in a robust glass-reinforced nonmetallic enclosure with an IP66 environmental protection rating, the ECM ensures durability. Rotary switches are included for seamless adjustment of temperature control and limiter set points. Employing a Modbus RTU communication protocol on a physical RS485 network, the ECM-Ambient stands out for its communication capabilities.

Approved for use in both ordinary (non-classified) and hazardous (classified) areas, the ECM-Ambient thermostat guarantees reliable and efficient performance across various applications.
