Thermon ThermoTube Pre-Insulated Tubing, encompassing Type SL-HT, HTX, and HTX2, represents non-heated tube bundles designed for the conveyance of high-temperature steam or liquids, as well as for use in sample lines and impulse lines to pressure instruments. These products find application in environments where heat tracing is considered unnecessary, such as indoor settings or regions without subfreezing temperatures. Their role is crucial in minimizing heat losses for energy conservation, and they prioritize personnel safety by restricting outer jacket temperatures.
Available in three popular configurations, these high-temperature ThermoTube pre-insulated tubing bundles cover a temperature spectrum, ranging from 399°C for standard service to continuous operation at 593°C.
