Description
The Thermon TC-Ambient thermostat is crafted to offer ambient sensing control for electric heat tracing circuits, ensuring the freeze protection of piping and vessels. This adaptable thermostat can effectively control a single heating circuit or serve as a pilot control for a contactor, managing multiple heat tracing circuits.
Clear indicating lamps for power-on and heater-on functions are visible through a transparent cover. The TC-Ambient thermostat is housed in a robust nonmetallic enclosure, well-suited for challenging industrial environments, providing watertight and dust-tight protection (per IP65) to the thermostat switch. External hardware features stainless steel construction.
Meeting the requirements for use in nonhazardous locations, the TC-Ambient thermostat ensures reliable performance.
