DLX

Description

Thermon DLX self-regulating trace heating cables are designed for freeze protection and maintaining process temperatures up to 65°C. They’re suitable for small to medium metallic and non-metallic piping in light industrial and commercial applications. DLX cables aren’t recommended for steam cleaning applications. When powered off, they withstand continuous exposure temperatures of up to 85°C.

The DLX cables adjust heat output throughout the circuit based on surrounding conditions. If heat loss increases due to a temperature drop, the cable intensifies heat output. Conversely, when heat loss decreases (due to a rise in ambient temperature or product flow), the cable reduces heat output. DLX heat tracing cables feature a polyolefin (OJ) overjacket for mild inorganic solutions.

Approved for use in ordinary (nonclassified) areas and CE marked, DLX heat trace cables offer compliant solutions for various applications.
