Description
Thermon aluminum tapes are employed to fasten heating cables to pipework, tanks, vessels, fittings, and equipment. The tape features an adhesive layer and is suitable for use on pipes constructed of steel, stainless steel, and plastic. When applied lengthwise over the heating cable, the tape can, in certain instances, enhance the output power of the heating cables. Thermon AL is offered in two widths, 50 mm and 76 mm, and is packaged in rolls of 55 meters each. Both variants are suitable for exposure temperatures up to 150°C.
