Description
Isopad IS-SP is a preterminated, highly flexible heating cord comprised of a flexible fabric weave with glass silk insulation and internal heating conductors. IS-SP-H is a higher temperature variant, while IS-SP-V features a central core for the spiral heating element.
The temperature performance is contingent on the power and application. It’s crucial to ensure that the heating cord does not surpass the maximum withstand temperature. Due to its compact dimensions, the heating cord is suitable for heating and compensating for heat loss on short pipes, glass apparatus, or other structures, primarily catering to laboratory requirements. However, the heating cord lacks moisture protection and should only be utilized in dry areas.
