Description
The Isopad IIBC-G soft jacket heater is designed to accommodate various IBC and tote tank sizes using adjustable nylon straps and buckles. It features adjustable thermostats for temperature control, providing protection to both the contents and the surface of the tote tank from heat damage. This versatile heater is suitable for caged, plastic, or metal tote tanks/IBCs. The wrap-around blanket design enables external heating of the tote tank/IBC without the need for alterations to the container. It ensures that your product remains uncontaminated and unscorched. The heater is secured using adjustable nylon straps with buckles, and its heating duration is approximately 48 hours (for a 1000 L water volume heated from +15ºC to +50ºC with a 2×1000 W container).
Additionally, an optional top cover is available to minimize heat loss and expedite the heating process. The built-in adjustable thermostats allow for temperature control in up to three separate heat zones, and the heater output can be adjusted when content levels are lower.
