Description

Isopad’s drum and base drum heaters are meticulously designed to provide optimal medium flow and process temperature in standard environments. With a specialized design featuring a high-powered resistance heating cable embedded in a robust metal housing, these heaters ensure maximum power output under operational conditions. Tailored for standard 200-liter drum sizes, they are ideal for applications requiring higher temperatures and faster heat-up times.

Drum Heater
The drum heater features a two-piece metal housing with hinges and fasteners for easy opening and closing. Supported by special castors, this solid design ensures stable operation even on uneven surfaces. The metal housing houses the heating cable, distributing temperature evenly to the drum. Temperature regulation is managed by a mechanical thermostat, and each drum heater includes a lid. To minimize heat loss at the top, our insulated lid is recommended.

Base Drum Heater
The base drum heater complements the drum heater, preventing heat loss from below. A metal housing carries the heating cable, ensuring even temperature distribution to the drum. An aluminum-casted mechanical thermostat maintains the operating temperature, prioritizing safety during operation.

Drum and Base Drum Heater Unit
Combining a drum and base drum heater, this unit streamlines control with a single mechanism. The base drum heater connects to the drum heater and is controlled by a single thermostat.
