These Isopad drum and base drum heaters are designed to deliver medium flow and process temperature in hazardous environments. The unique design, incorporating a self-regulating heating cable embedded in a robust metal housing, ensures maximum safety under operating conditions, eliminating the need for an additional temperature limiter. Tailored for standard 200-liter drum sizes, these heaters are fully compliant with the latest ATEX standards.
Drum Heater
Featuring a two-piece metal housing that opens and closes through hinges and fasteners, supported by conductive castors, the drum heater boasts a solid design for stable operation on uneven surfaces. The metal housing evenly distributes the temperature to the drum through the embedded heating cable. Operating temperature is regulated by a mechanical thermostat, and each drum heater is equipped with a lid. To minimize heat loss at the top, it is recommended to use our insulated lid.
Base Drum Heater
The base drum heater is an ideal complement to the drum heater, preventing heat loss from below. A solid aluminum plate carries the heating cable, ensuring an even temperature distribution to the drum. An electromechanical thermostat regulates the operating temperature, and the solid steel framework comes with castors for convenient transportation.
