Description
Isopad IP-DASI silicone heating mats designed for industrial applications are chosen when exceptional flexibility and resistance to high temperatures in thermal processes are essential. These processed silicones exhibit excellent resistance to ozone, oxygen, weathering, aging effects, as well as protection against bacterial and fungal attacks. Additionally, they demonstrate high resistance to various chemicals, including alcohol, acetylene, mineral oil, acids, glucose, and glues.
When used in accordance with the provided manual instructions, IP-DASI heaters ensure that the maximum panel temperature does not exceed 200°C, eliminating the need for a temperature sensor or controller. The maintenance temperature is influenced by the local environment. For more precise control, an optional Isopad or DigiTrace controller and temperature sensor can be added.
