Thermon’s tubing bundle range consists of a wide range of customer-specific solutions that combine tubing into a complete bundle with, among other things, heating cable, steam tracing and analysis hoses.

The TubeTrace series consists of bundles that combine electric heating cable (self-regulating, power limiting, constant power or mineral insulated) with non-hygroscopic fiberglass insulation and a polymer outer sheath into a complete bundle. The ThermoTube series consists of bundles that combine a pipe for steam or liquid with non-hygroscopic fiberglass insulation and a polymer outer jacket into a complete bundle.

In addition, Thermon also supplies custom CEMS and analysis bundles with, for example, unheated tubing, temperature sensors, analysis hoses and cabling.
